Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee our Human Resources Information Systems, with a focus on managing and configuring Workday to support HR processes. This role will bridge HR needs with technical solutions, ensuring efficient management of employee data, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and performance systems while driving system optimization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and configure Workday to align with HR processes, including workflows for hiring, onboarding, promotions, and terminations, ensuring optimal functionality across modules.
Oversee system updates, security settings, and user roles in Workday, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with IT or Workday support to resolve technical challenges.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to track HR metrics, providing actionable insights to HR leadership and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrations, while developing training materials and conducting user training to support adoption of new features.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field; Workday certification is a plus.
5+ years of HRIS experience, with proven expertise in Workday configuration across multiple modules (eg, HCM, payroll, benefits).
Strong technical skills in data management, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to bridge HR and IT functions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
