Salary:

$60,000•$75,000 per year (commensurate with experience) We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee HR operations for a group of restaurants located in the vibrant Calle 8 area of Miami. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Tasks Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Administer payroll, benefits, and performance reviews. Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Collaborate with management to identify staffing and operational needs.

Requirements Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of HR management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
