The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for administering HR policies, employee benefit enrollments, benefits administration, and overseeing day-to-day HR functions to support the workforce. This critical position within the organization acts as a bridge between management and employees. Primary Accountabilities and Deliverables This role entails offering expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. Serving as a trusted communicator to others, this position will drive initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountable for the administration and management of human resources programs and provides guidance including, but not limited to, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits performance reviews, training, recognition/morale and training & development programs and initiatives. Leads, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resources compliance and strategies. Conducts research and analysis for HR programs and projects. Recommends, implements and manages new policies, approaches to relevant issues, and communications to enhance the department’s efficiency and delivery of services. Stay informed about regulatory changes and HR trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Manages all recruitment activities including job fairs and recruitment strategies. Administer HR Surveys, exit interviews, to identify trends, and make recommendations for changes or improvements to the management team. Administer and process timely performance evaluations and compensation adjustments by working with department managers. Manage payroll processing services, timecards and reporting as needed. Manage employee investigations and incidents. Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality with all proprietary and sensitive information. Partners with the management to champion the communication strategies and initiatives. Perform office manager duties including manage meeting, visitors, vendors, etc.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Comprehensive knowledge and practice in all HR functional areas. Highly proficient in computer use, data tables and reporting. Attention to details and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Analytical thinker to provide creative solutions and strategies as it relates to HR. Proficiency in maintaining HR data and analytics. Excellent writing ability for job descriptions, policy development and training documents. Excellent communications skills. Tactful and skilled in resolving disputes and personnel conflicts Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications, Training): Prefer a degree in Human Resources Management or related field; equivalent HR work experience considered. HR Certification Preferred. 5-7+ years of experience in human resources. Above average proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with HR recordkeeping, payroll systems, including HRIS and ATS. Proven ability to partner with department as a team presenter. Excellent customer service skills Any type of Marketing and Sales Skills is a plus.
