Human Resources Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33193 Job Overview As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Duties Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as ADP,Workday, SAP, and iCIMS Support payroll activities and address employee inquiries related to payroll Assist with benefits administration and enrollments Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employees Assist with workforce management tasks and contribute to HR projects as needed Create new training and proactive systems Manage our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are up to date with registration, car service and other important updates. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Previous experience working in HR or related administrative roles Familiarity with human capital management principles and practices Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA compliance Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, iCIMS, Salesforce is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Experience in talent acquisition, change management, or other HR specialties is advantageous
