Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design. Manage benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive workplace. Assess training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills. Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in HR management with a strong understanding of HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Florida employment laws and regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
