We’re looking for a PeopleAnalytics Manager to help elevate RBI’s talent strategy throughdata-driven insights and impactful storytelling. This role willlead high-impact analytics projects, scale self-service reporting,and deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
You’llalso manage a Sr. Analyst and play a key role in strengthening ourdata-first culture across the People team. You’ll design andexecute initiatives spanning the full employee lifecycle-includingtalent acquisition, internal mobility, performance, engagement, andretention. Proficiency in Python is required, as you’ll workhands-on to automate, analyze, and build scalable tools. Experiencewith Workday Report Writer is strongly preferred.
Role ℜsponsibilities: Lead end-to-end people analytics projects-from scoping todelivery-across dashboards, KPIs, predictive models, and ad-hocanalysis Define and track core talent metrics, translating businessneeds into analytical solutions in partnership with HRleadership Contribute to executive and board-level materials, using datato support workforce planning and decision-making Manage and coach a Sr. Analyst, building skills in reporting,data preparation, and storytelling Design, develop, and optimize HR dashboards and self-servicetools (e.g., One Model), ensuring accuracy, usability, andimpact Oversee Workday reporting, including calculated fields, andcollaborate with HR Tech on data governance Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets;build repeatable workflows and automate reporting Provide insights across the employee lifecycle, translatingdata into clear narratives that highlight the “so what” and “nowwhat” Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs,shape strategy, and present insights with clarity Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, andinfrastructure to expand analytics capabilities Support ad-hoc reporting needs, ensuring workflows aredocumented, repeatable, and timely Oversee delivery of standard reports, regulatory submissions,and SOX controls with accuracy and consistency
Qualifications &Skills:
4+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning,or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, HR Analytics, or arelated discipline Proficiency in Python is required, including use for dataanalysis, automation, and statistical modeling Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Workday Report Writer strongly preferred;familiarity with One Model is a plus Skilled in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., OneModel, Power BI); strong storytelling skills with data Experience training or enabling HR teams on dashboards andmetric interpretation is a plus Strong analytical thinking and the ability to frame insightsfor senior audiences Detail-oriented with strong project ownership and discretionhandling sensitive data Able to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, anddeliver high-quality results Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments andnavigating ambiguity with clarityBenefits at all of our globaloffices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
