The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of various projects, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and meet client expectations. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of human resources processes. The Implementation Lead will be instrumental in driving change management initiatives and enhancing talent management strategies across the organization. Duties Lead the implementation of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. Develop and deliver training programs to equip team members with necessary skills for successful project execution. Manage social media platforms to promote project initiatives and engage with stakeholders. Collaborate with HR to streamline recruiting processes and enhance talent acquisition strategies. Utilize Paychex for payroll management and ensure compliance with FMLA regulations. Collect and analyze data related to project performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the implementation process. Drive change management efforts by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices in project execution. Experience Proven experience in training development, social media management, recruiting, and human resources is highly desirable. Familiarity with Paychex software and FMLA regulations is a plus. Strong skills in data collection and analysis, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies. Demonstrated expertise in change management principles and talent management practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
