We are seeking aself-motivated outbound Workforce Planning Solution MarketingManager, preferably based in San Francisco who thrives in afast-growing environment and is eager to shape the future ofworkforce planning. As a key member of our expanding Solution andIndustry Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in promotingand supporting our cutting-edge solutions, driving awareness, andinfluencing market adoption.

As a Workforce Planning SolutionMarketing Manager, you will collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, GTMOperations, and Competitive Intelligence. Your focus will be ondriving the creation and communication of compelling content thatshowcases Anaplan’s unique advantages in workforce planning.

In thisrole, you will support go-to-market strategies, sales plays, andthe marketing efforts for new application launches. You willdevelop engaging solution marketing assets and content that educateand empower sales teams while effectively informing customers andprospects about the capabilities, benefits, and value Anaplandelivers.

Your Impact Create impactful, external-facing, and thought leadershipcontent-including blogs, long-form articles, videos, webinars, casestudies, and website copy-to drive awareness, accelerate adoption,and enhance customer retention. Support solution marketing and sales enablement plans thatalign with growth objectives, expanding existing ACV and acquiringnew customers in the HR and workforce planning domain. Analyze and map complex buying and selling processes involvingmultiple decision-makers in software and solution purchases, thentranslate these insights into effective GTM strategies that driveengagement and conversion. Research market trends and refine buyer personas to identifymarket opportunities and messages for Anaplan’s HR and Workforcesolution area. Collaborate on the development of solution sales plays andapplication launches by crafting compelling messaging inpartnership with Product Management and GTM teams. Drive thecreation of strategic marketing plans and support partnerenablement to maximize market impact and adoption. Champion our solutions by evangelizing at conferences, tradeshows, and industry events, while engaging with analysts,customers, and prospects. Drive social media plan for LinkedIn, Twitter, and otherplatforms to effectively deliver messaging, enhance positioning,and drive engagement.

Your Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product/solutionmarketing, product management, or presales, ideally in one or moreof the following areas: workforce planning, people analytics,workforce management, BI or AI/ML Experience bringing innovative, industry-leading,category-defining tech products to market Proactive and self-motivated, eager to take initiative, anddriven by a passion for helping others gain clarity andunderstanding Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executivesand purchasing stakeholders through tailored messaging andstrategic content Proven experience in developing GTM strategy and communicationfor successful product launchesPreferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and outstandingnarrative and storytelling abilities High-energy, creative, organized, and adaptable with a can-doattitude; able to manage multiple evolving priorities with aresults-driven mindset

Base Salary Range:
