As we expand in the Orlando market, we are seeking a connected and driven B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager with proven experience selling to hotels in the Orlando area. The ideal candidate has strong, established relationships in the local hospitality scene and understands the unique staffing and operational challenges hotels face. Experience in hospitality staffing, overnight cleaning, or hotel operations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new hotel clients across the Orlando area Leverage existing relationships with hotel executives, GMs, and department heads to generate business opportunities Present Vertex Premier’s staffing and overnight cleaning solutions to prospective clients with a consultative, needs-based approach Conduct on-site assessments and craft tailored service proposals Lead contract negotiations and close new business Develop long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service Collaborate with internal operations to ensure successful overnight cleaning execution Maintain accurate records of activity and sales pipeline in CRM systems

Qualifications:

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality staffing, overnight cleaning, or hotel operations Deep network and established relationships within the Orlando hotel industry Strong understanding of hotel staffing needs, especially related to overnight cleaning and housekeeping support Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:
