Position Overview:
We are excited to invite a compassionate and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Orlando. This full-time, in-person role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our team members while shaping a positive workplace culture across our multi-state operation. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be an integral part of our efforts to strengthen employee relations and foster organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor, providing thoughtful coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters. Lead processes such as employee counseling, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, involuntary terminations, and exit interviews with care and professionalism. Facilitate conflict resolution and conduct sensitive investigations into issues like harassment or discrimination. Partner with legal teams during depositions and settlements and contribute to the development of policies and HR best practices. Champion initiatives that enhance workplace culture, supporting team member engagement and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR or Employee Relations, ideally within the hospitality industry. Strong skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and fostering positive workplace relationships. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Kronos and payroll systems. A passion for diversity, inclusion, and supporting career growth for team members. Availability to work on-site in Orlando, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
