$80k/year + 20% variable compensation.

Experience:

3 years of HR Sales/Networking experience is required. 10 years of Human Resources management/executive experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR or HRCI certification strongly preferred.

Monday – Friday, Day Shift Greene Resources is seeking an HR Client Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Lead client engagement management including HR support, consulting, and solution implementation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership. Partner with internal teams to cross-sell OneDigital products and services. Actively support HR consulting team with sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new talent. Manage recruitment efforts to support talent pipeline for OneDigital and clients. Deliver presentations and support business development and sales efforts. Represent OneDigital professionally and confidently in all external engagements.

Position Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. HR proposal writing and pricing experience. Strong understanding of talent and leadership management. Experience in compensation, benefits, and performance review systems. Familiarity with HR laws, policies, and best practices. ?
