Key Responsibilities
Align HR strategies with business goals
Coach managers and support employee development
Promote diversity and inclusion efforts
Lead performance management and change initiatives
Resolve employee relations issues and ensure policypliance
Collaborate with d Services on escalated HR matters
Requirements
Must Have:
Bachelor’s in HR or related field
5+ years’ HR Business Partner experience
Strongmunication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business
SHRM or HRCI certification

Pay Details:
$55.00 per hour
