• Key Responsibilities
• + Align HR strategies with business goals + Coach managers and support employee development + Promote diversity and inclusion efforts + Lead performance management and change initiatives + Resolve employee relations issues and ensure policy compliance + Collaborate with Shared Services on escalated HR matters
• Requirements

• Must Have:

• + Bachelor’s in HR or related field + 5+ years’ HR Business Partner experience + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Preferred:
