For additional information, visit our company homepage Rotech.com Overview and Responsibilities Summary Rotech is seeking a Division Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for providing strategic Human Resources support to corporate initiatives. This position will ensure adherence, updates and processes to relevant laws, regulations, polices and procedures that pertain to Human Resources for your assigned client group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to HR issues including but not limited to applications, on-boarding, wage and hour, benefits, etc.
Lead recruitment activities and onboarding for the division
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Review and approves all internal and external compensation requests to ensure no inequity or compression issues.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values
Develop regulatory HR training and create timeline for annual recertification on topics
Oversee performance management processes and support leadership coaching
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decisions
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture Qualifications Employment is contingent on Background investigation (company-wide)

Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position) Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of six years’ experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in mangerial role
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and organizational development
Proven experience with employee relations and dispute resolution
Strong customer service background
Excellent interpersonal,communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Multi-state experience Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written, management, location employees and HR team to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
Helpful, knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude
Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums
Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
Multi-task along with attention to detail
Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
Work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands Ability to travel by airplane and automobile when necessarily
Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking or listening; sitting at a desk for 90% of the work day
Requires close vision to small print on computer and or paperwork; working on the computer 90% of the work day Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities Email transmission and communication
