The Human Resource Manager (HRM) facilitates the human resource processes at the agency level and serves as a resource for the Human Resource Coordinators in their region(s). The HRM is responsible for various administrative tasks that facilitate the hiring process, new employee orientation, annual evaluations and competency training, and payroll. The HRM is an integral part of maintaining compliance at the agency level with all federal, state, and local laws and to ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health care services. The HRM supports the Agency’s philosophy and standards of care, services, and activities. Qualifications:

High school diploma, or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of training or experience in home health care preferred; related health program required. Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality. Demonstrated ability in or application of organization and excellent telephone/communication skills Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
