We’re seeking a Learning and Development Lead to integrate our talent and learning strategies across the employee lifecycle. This role will be critical in shaping how we define and operationalize our values and behaviors, evolve our performance management practices, and implement a scalable learning strategy. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on partner, ready to influence culture while supporting business outcomes.
Compensation:
$90,000 – $100,000 + Quarterly Bonus Potential + Benefits Key Responsibilities
Talent & Learning Strategy:
Design and deliver a cohesive talent and learning roadmap aligned to business priorities and future workforce needs.
Values & Behaviors:
Develop, deploy, and embed McKinley’s core values and behaviors across the employee lifecycle.
Performance Management:
Redesign and implement a modern performance management process that drives clarity, accountability, and growth.
Learning & Development:
Build and manage programs to upskill frontline and leadership talent—spanning operational, technical, and soft skills.
Leadership Development:
Coach and equip managers and directors to lead high-performing, engaged teams.
Measurement & Analytics:
Define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize talent and learning initiatives.
Change Management:
Support adoption and behavior change through communication, stakeholder engagement, and enablement tools.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning & development.
Proven success in designing and implementing performance management, leadership development, and learning strategies.
Strong understanding of values-driven cultures and behavior-based development.
Experience delivering programs across diverse, distributed, and operationally focused teams.
Proficient in learning technologies and performance tools (e.g., LMS, 360 platforms, engagement or goal-tracking tools).
Excellent project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in real estate, workforce housing, or operationally intensive industries.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Familiarity with field-based training and change enablement.
