As the dedicated HR business partner for this division, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of HR operations, working closely with the centralized shared services team and division leadership. This role focuses on ensuring smooth, efficient delivery of core HR processes, with an emphasis on team member engagement, employee relations, compliance, and performance support.

  • Comfortable operating in a shared services environment, collaborating closely with centralized HR teams while managing local HR needs.
  • Approachable and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for resolving employee and operational HR issues quickly and effectively.
What you will do:

Serve as the primary HR contact for your assigned functional division, supporting team members and leaders across multiple HR disciplines.

  • Collaborate with the centralized shared services teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support division objectives.
  • Lead team member relations efforts, investigating concerns, resolving conflicts, and advising on policies and best practices.
  • Champion team member engagement initiatives, working closely with leadership to implement programs that promote a positive employee experience and high morale.
  • Guide managers through performance management processes including coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Support on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a consistent and positive team member life-cycle experience.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies; serve as a resource on HR policy interpretation.
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership on key HR metrics including turnover, engagement, and workforce trends.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage administrative HR duties as needed.
Your experience includes:

3 years of functional HR experience across core HR areas (e.g., employee relations, on boarding, compliance, engagement)

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance practices required.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems; Workday experience required.
  • Bilingual in English, Spanish and/or Creole is a preferred.
