Job Responsibilities:
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Evaluate, help create HR policies, programs, and practices. Educate regional administrative staff regarding HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and counsel employees and supervisors. Answer employee questions and concerns regarding policy, procedure and employee handbook interpretations. Conduct investigations. Oversee the maintenance of physical and digital files for employees and their documents. Involvement in benefits procurement and enrollment. Work on special projects. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
