Responsibilities:

Experience Minimum of 5 years of payroll/timekeeping experience in a fast paced, high volume, multi-entity organization required. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification, preferred Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions systems is required. Possesses a solid understanding of Payroll / Time compliance in all areas that include FLSA, Overtime, applicable to all employment requirements. Qualifications:

Coordinates the successful completion of all timekeeping process cycles for all OH healthcare entities. Coordinates and reviews to ensure all team member timecards are submitted timely and are accurate as scheduled per OH policy. Evaluates and finds solutions to all issues emanating from interfaces to payroll processes. Leads and provides guidance to Workforce Solution Specialists on procedures, guidelines, and regulations to make sure they are understood and implemented. Guides daily operations for all Workforce Solution Specialists including analyzing metrics, staffing shifts, meetings, training, etc. Measures Workforce Solutions Supervisor and Specialists’ productivity, by monitoring work in progress, including projects, as well as demonstrating competency in time management. Works directly with Payroll Director on Workforce Solution Specialist’s workload, performance, needs, challenges, and accomplishments. Maintains good working relationships with workforce/timekeeping support areas such as legal, HR, Benefit, Payroll, HRIS, Finance and IS. Assists Payroll Director with company acquisitions, other system growth, and other payroll/time related projects. Assists Director with all Team Member’s time reporting / scheduling needs. Oversees that all Historical Time Corrections process by the Payroll Team have been reviewed by the Workforce Specialists and assists accordingly. Train all payroll/timekeeping members on new or enhanced operation procedures and policies. Oversees the training of new timekeepers of all Kronos Workforce/Dimension time system functions. Assists with creating or adjusting payroll/time processing policies and procedures on a continuous basis. Identifies process improvement initiatives and formally documents standards for new processes. Assists with year-end / year begin tasks relating time reporting. Maintains a good working relationship with the Payroll Director and Payroll Manager and escalates potential services issues in a timely manner. Covers for Workforce Solutions Specialists in back-up role for vacation and high-volume work efforts. Manages PS Kronos Tab / Person Import Test Scripts provided by HRIS and effectively processes test timecard processing. Maintains appropriate knowledge of Federal and State governmental regulations, compensation policies – shift differentials, time accrual benefits, etc. to answer all questions from employees regarding timecard information including time appearing on time file that is sent to PR each pay period. Researches and compiles information pertaining to outstanding time exceptions reported that require retroactive time adjustments. Oversees the Case Management system to ensure proper accurate and timely responses to team members. Maintains expert knowledge of in the Payroll and Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions Timekeeping systems. Maintains regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned
