This means that your responsibilities will involve supporting activities such as employee relations, performance management, onboarding & offboarding, and talent management. People are our most important asset and you’ll be ensuring we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. What you’ll be doing: Support local and global HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Handles all employee relations issues Facilitates new hire orientation and on boarding Works to ensure consistent Aptia culture regardless of geographic location Guide and support staff through the annual performance review process Manage offboarding process, conduct exit interviews Ensure company compliance throughout human resource management Manages HR projects, as assigned What we’re looking for: Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Generalist role. People oriented and results driven. Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Workday preferred). Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Experience working within a global matrix organization preferred. Solid written & verbal communication skills. High levels of customer orientation. Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with others. Custodian of company culture, role model of values and expected behaviors. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word & Excel. Please apply with your resume as soon as possible.
