Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Human Resources , you will oversee key HR functions for the US including organizational design, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. You will drive strategic workforce planning and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in our values of innovation, accountability, and ownership. Requirements Oversee the full spectrum of human resource initiatives including employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management. Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with Total Rewards to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. Provide expert-level guidance on complex HR issues including organizational changes, investigations, policy development, and high-risk employee relations matters. Drive organizational effectiveness by leading change management efforts and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to inform proactive strategies and decision-making. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performing HR function. Qualifications 9+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or

SHRM-SCP

certification strongly preferred. Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated expertise in leading strategic HR initiatives in high-growth environments. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
