Director, Human Resources Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Description:

As the Director, Human Resources at Celsius, you will lead thedevelopment and execution of HR strategies aligned with our boldbusiness objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of HumanResources, you will oversee key HR functions for the US includingorganizational design, compensation, benefits, employee relations,and compliance. You will drive strategic workforce planning and actas a trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering ahigh-performance culture rooted in our values of innovation,accountability, and ownership.

Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of human resource initiativesincluding employee engagement, succession planning, and performancemanagement. Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in collaborationwith Total Rewards to ensure competitiveness and alignment withorganizational goals. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to ensurealignment between HR strategies and business objectives. Provide expert-level guidance on complex HR issues includingorganizational changes, investigations, policy development, andhigh-risk employee relations matters. Drive organizational effectiveness by leading change managementefforts and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to inform proactivestrategies and decision-making. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employmentlaws and regulations and recommend best practices; reviews andmodifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals, promoting acollaborative and high-performing HR function.

Qualifications 9+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years ina leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or

SHRM-SCP

certification stronglypreferred. Proven experience partnering with executive leadership andinfluencing at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated expertise in leading strategic HR initiatives inhigh-growth environments. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliancerequirements. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solvingskills.
