HR Business Partner ARIA West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Are you a people-first HR professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to lead and elevate all aspects of our Human Resources function. In this role, you won’t just manage processes—you’ll shape culture, champion employee experience, and help align our people strategy with organizational success.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to build a strong, motivated team. Resolve workplace conflicts with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a healthy and respectful environment. Develop and execute strategies that drive employee engagement and retention. Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and development. Design and implement fair and effective performance management systems. Oversee payroll, benefits, and incentive programs with accuracy and care. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory bodies (DCF, Joint Commission, etc.). Align HR initiatives with overall business goals and growth plans. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Serve as the go-to resource for HR-related inquiries and employee support. Take initiative on special projects and contribute to ongoing HR improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset and a passion for helping people and organizations grow.
Note :
This position is primarily based in West Palm Beach (33401), but requires occasional travel to our Boca Raton office (approximately once per week).
