THE POSITION

This position will require the use of a working knowledge of applicable employment laws and HR best practices. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides human resources-related operational support, guidance, and recommended solutions to business leaders and team members, regarding policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, corrective actions, investigations, terminations, and any team member relations functions to ensure alignment with our mission. As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will: Provides guidance relating to performance management for the HR team and organizational leaders. Manages all performance management reporting and audits. Manages the administration of Goodwill’s standards of conduct, core values, guiding principles, code of ethics, and other employment guidelines as they apply to team members’ progressive performance and discipline management. Lead complex and delicate employee relation issues, striving for conflict resolution. Oversees Unemployment Benefit activity for the organization.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred or a combination of HR experience and education A minimum of 5 or more years experience with handling employee relations, investigations and managing complex employee issues, and conflict resolution. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

: Must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends Incumbent must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage, and a privately owned reliable means of transportation to travel throughout the assigned territory.
