In this high-visibility position, you’ll partner directly with the President of one of our business units, advising on all things HR while aligning people strategies with business goals. You’ll take the lead on everything from talent strategy to culture-building and organizational change, playing a critical role in how we grow and evolve. Key Areas of Impact Strategic HR Leadership Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies. Drive alignment between HR initiatives and business goals, ensuring people practices support performance and growth. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Build and execute regional hiring strategies to source top-tier talent across multiple states and markets. Collaborate with managers to assess hiring needs, craft compelling job profiles, and streamline the recruitment process. Use innovative tools and sourcing channels to enhance visibility and attract diverse talent. Employee Development & Retention Design programs that foster leadership, upskilling, and career development across all levels of the organization. Identify high-potential talent and build pathways for growth and succession. Culture & Employee Experience Champion a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment. Address employee relations matters with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Provide guidance on performance challenges, feedback, and corrective actions as needed. Policy, Compliance & Operations Lead HR policy implementation and consistency across all operational regions, including U.S. and Caribbean sites. Ensure company practices meet federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain a pulse on regional HR trends and regulatory changes. Change & Transformation Support organizational changes including acquisitions, restructuring, and cultural shifts. Lead internal communication and engagement strategies to promote alignment and transparency during transitions. Data & HR Metrics Track and analyze key HR indicators (hiring metrics, engagement scores, turnover rates, etc.) to inform continuous improvement. Present data-backed insights to leadership to influence decision-making. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with time spent in an HRBP or leadership role supporting senior executives. Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience supporting field-based, distributed, or multi-state operations is highly desirable. Exposure to HR challenges related to mergers, acquisitions, or restructures is a strong asset. Knowledge of employment legislation across U.S. states; Caribbean labor laws a plus. Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills. A willingness to travel as needed to stay connected with remote teams and regional offices.
