Utilize HR software such as Workday, UltiPro, and Paylocity for efficient human capital management. Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution. Skills Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices. Proficiency in affirmative action planning and compliance regulations. Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, and Paylocity.
