Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making regarding workforce planning and development. Oversee affirmative action planning to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote diversity within the organization. Utilize HR software such as Workday, UltiPro, and Paylocity for efficient human capital management. Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution. Skills Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices. Proficiency in affirmative action planning and compliance regulations. Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, and Paylocity. Excellent data analysis skills to interpret metrics and drive strategic decisions. Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
