Full Job Description HR Leader Location:

Delray Beach Full-Time | On-site Job Summary A leading substance abuse treatment center is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Leader to oversee and enhance human resources operations. This is a key leadership role focused on building and supporting strong HR systems, processes, and culture within a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management Ensure HR practices align with federal and state employment regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, FMLA, etc.) Lead onboarding, training, and offboarding processes Partner with hiring teams to support recruiting and retention efforts Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning Manage credential tracking and regulatory requirements for clinical staff Utilize HRIS and ATS systems for accurate recordkeeping and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

SHRM-CP 3-5
