⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Human Resource Director (Holiday) Sunshine Christian Homes Whippoorwill near Grand compensation: 401K, medical & life insurance, Paid Vacation, personal days, pay determined by experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: HR Department Head We are a faith-based Assisted Living Facility seeking a full-time, experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to lead all aspects of our HR operations. This vital leadership role will report directly to the Facility Administrator and is responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, conducting interviews, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws, Managing payroll, days off and vacation time. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR certification preferred), and strong knowledge of employment regulations and best practices. Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a heart for serving in a Christian environment. The HR Director will also guide policy development, support our mission-driven culture, and work closely with leadership to foster a positive, Christ-centered workplace.
