Camelot Community Care is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to help shape and guide our most valuable asset — our people. Camelot Community Care, is a non-profit community organization serving children and families who have experienced abuse and neglect, domestic violence and other challenges. As HR Director, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive, mission-driven culture across our organization. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Directo r to lead our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. As our HR leader, you will be responsible for the following activities: Lead and elevate HR strategy across all Camelot locations Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, workforce development, and compliance Oversee the administration of benefit plans, provides education and information to staff, and ensures all eligible employees are enrolled within established timeframes Coordinates responses to EEOC, Unemployment and other HR related legal filings on behalf of the company. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and regional programs Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Manage compensation and benefits programs. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Coordinates responses to EEOC, Unemployment and other HR-related legal filings on behalf of the company. Our Human Resources Director will be an experienced leader who possesses the following attributes: Proven experience (5+ years) in HR leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and organizational development Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence Nonprofit experience is a strong plus SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred. A PHR is acceptable with proven additional experience
