- The role you’ll contribute:
- The HRSS Performance and Analytics Director will work with HRSS stakeholders to lead initiatives that drive operational improvement and maintain effective operations across all HR Shared Services departments.
As a change leader, the incumbent will lead a team of project management, performance improvement and data analytics professionals responsible for recommending driving process, cost and efficiency solutions while collaborating with appropriate team members and other departments to determine specific courses of action using a defined performance improvement methodology and standards. The HRSS Performance and Analytics Director will lead multiple cross-functional projects to completion and will be responsible for managing timelines, project plans, priorities and relationships with all stakeholders as well as measuring the adherence and effectiveness of the completed initiatives.

- + •Lead the Process Improvement Manager, Informatics Manager and a team of Analysts who will be focused on creating sustainable business processes to increase value and improve efficiency and quality across HRSS departments•+ •Lead the development of business processes and documentation to enhance and sustain organizational agility and operational performance•+ •Work effectively with internal and external Leaders to ensure prioritization and timely execution of process improvement projects•+ •Measure, monitor and report on the effectiveness of solutions through key performance indicators (KPIs)•+ •Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and HR regulatory and compliance requirements, identify gaps and opportunities propose solutions•+ •Develop cost benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) calculations to support and prioritize process improvement recommendations•+ •Proactively identify opportunities for improvement•+ •Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the identification, research and implementation of process improvements•+ •Manage, monitor and evaluate the execution of projects with a span of influence that typically requires working within multiple business segments and/or across corporate shared service resources•+ •Serve as a central point of escalation for non-routine project management issues related to process and project delivery to ensure satisfactory outcomes•+ •Lead studies to analyze current state of operations including evaluation of departmental organization, processes, methods, and equipment•Qualifications •The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed•:•
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- + Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of experience in Project Management + Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with technology and project management teams + Demonstrated track record of delivering results and attaining goals + Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive change through the use of facts and data + Ability to work effectively and efficiently with senior leaders in HRSS, HRIS, COE and at the client facilities + Proven track record of successfully leading Six Sigma projects + Advanced Excel and MS Office skills •_
