Yearly Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team and all core HR functions Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Foster a positive work culture and support employee engagement Advise senior management on HR-related matters and workforce planning
Qualifications:
