Job Description

Now Hiring an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the our client’s HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a productive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations and serve as a trusted point of contact for workplace concerns. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention strategies. Maintain HR records and reports. Collaborate with leadership to address organizational development and workforce planning. Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace environment.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. BS/MS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred.
