Regional Human Resources Manager SHCM Corporate Casselberry, FL 32707 Job Overview We are seeking a Regional HR Manager in the Tampa Area to oversee HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, demonstrated success supporting multiple locations , and the ability to travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Manage location HR Generalists to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives. Regular travel required to visit and support various locations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management. Proven ability to support multiple locations and manage remote HR teams. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Hands-on experience with HR management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred. CORP Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree preferred from an accredited university
- Meets minimum education requirements of the State.
- Prefer one to three (1-3) years experience in healthcare industry.
- Proficient in the use of personal computer.
- Travel 90 to 95% of the time.
