We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can seamlessly switch between tactical execution and strategic planning. As our HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for everything related to people, culture, compliance, and performance. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus). 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environments.
