Director of Human Resources 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 200 Perry House Road, Fitzgerald, GA 31750 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management to foster a productive workplace culture. Duties Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations(EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.). Manage performance management systems to ensure effective employee evaluations and development plans. Manage compensation structures and benefits programs. Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and improve workforce planning. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resource management. Lead employee orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company culture effectively. Design and implement training development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while ensuring best practices in HR policies. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
(or equivalent) strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, some experience in healthcare HR preferred Strong knowledge of HR Laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
