The Bilingual Staffing manager is a goal-oriented, self-starter with proven recruitment experience. The ideal candidate demonstrated effective communication skills and brings strong operational support to the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is responsible for the various human resources services provided to our clients, including but not limited to , making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline, payroll, and termination of temporary employees. Pay rate ranges from $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission opportunities!

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact regarding daily operational data, coordinating with management and sales team to identify current and future hiring needs Contribute to candidate database by evaluating and implementing the best methods for developing a pipeline of candidates. Prepare digital/paper advertising and organizing hiring events Serve as an intermediary between temporary employees and clients. Investigate, resolve, and document performance, attendance, payroll, and other issues relating to said employees. Investigate and evaluated matters regarding worker’s compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints to resolve and/or make recommendations as needed. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment of temporary employees. Interview/screen candidates, perform background checks/drug screens, process I-9 paperwork, and process payroll. Maintain all appropriate paperwork at each stage of recruitment cycle and documentation of performance, attendance, payroll and other issues related to temporary employees. Recruit and manage a pool of temporary employees that meet expectations and adhere to the policies of both Wise Staffing Group and clients.

Key Success Factors:

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, human resources, staffing, or relevant work Proven ability to interview and evaluate candidates to make hiring decisions Ability to work under pressure and display excellent time management and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems Reliable transportation Willingness to work outside of typical office hours as business needs require Fluency in English and Spanish required
