We offer flexible full-time hours, mostly weekdays, with occasional weekend or night shift meetings. This role is 100% onsite at the hospital to facilitate relationships with the employees and leaders. What will I be doing as an HR Manager? Use your Human Resources (HR) skills and creativity to focus on all the day-to-day activities in the employee life cycle: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Hours and payroll validation 90-day & annual reviews processing Extensive tracking (new hires, onboarding, license expiration dates, training, and other requirements Employee separation processing Employee engagement events planning & execution Unemployment & Workers’ Compensation reporting/response Leave and ADA coordination General HR and administrative support for the leadership team While the emphasis of this role is on HR transactions and coordination of various HR tasks, the HR Manager is also a focal point for planning and preparing employee engagement events, recognition, and training. While you may be the only HR representative at the location, you will not be alone. We have an experienced team of HR professionals across our health system that support each other, establish standards, and share best practices. In addition, as part of a PEO partnership with ADP TotalSource, we have a dedicated HR Business Partner, Benefits and Leave consultants to support our employees. Our HR Manager is a vital part of the leadership team and collaborates closely with the Hospital and clinical leadership team on a daily basis to support both the business and employee needs. What does it take to be on our HR team? Prefer Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR, but can substitute 4 years of experience in HR or
PHR/SHRM
