Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced On-Site Staffing Supervisor to oversee staffing operations at a key warehouse location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing industry, specifically in warehouse and logistics environments. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the on-site point of contact for both client and staff relations Oversee daily workforce scheduling and attendance Recruit, interview, and onboard warehouse employees Manage and track timecards, attendance, and performance Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions Resolve employee issues and escalate when necessary Monitor productivity and help identify staffing needs Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards Foster a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in staffing or human resources, preferably in a warehouse setting Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes Prior supervisory or leadership experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required Must have reliable transportation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and timekeeping/payroll software Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment Flexible schedule, including availability for early shifts or weekends if needed
