Human Resources Manager RSI Inc. Recruitment Solutions Integrators Woodstock, GA 30188 The company is the American subsidiary of an international manufacturing company. It employs 150 people at the Woodstock location – 60% warehouse personnel and 40% Sales/Office personnel in a non-unionized environment. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with Executives of the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This position is 100% On site. They are seeking to hire an HR Manager whose mission will be to organize the entire HR function of the company, thus elaborate and implement new policies, procedures, and systems to this effect. The HR Manager will be supported by external HR specialists and Payroll service providers as required, and by corporate headquarters for rolling out global projects regarding Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience 5+ years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager The ability to communicate and work efficiently with external parties, both vendors and administrations Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Join our client’s team as a Human Resources Manager where you can make a significant impact on the organization’s success through effective HR practices!
