Responsibilities:

Administer personnel policies & procedures Maintain HR compliance Handle the recruitment process Oversee benefits negotiation and Open Enrollment process Manage new hire onboarding and orientation Reconcile payroll discrepancies Train managers regarding Employee Relations issues Identify areas of improvement and provide training

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business or HR preferred HR Certification preferred Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience as an HR Generalist is preferred Preferred experience in small company setting Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills Must possess strong problem-solving skills Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
