Responsibilities :

Experienced in interviewing, testing, orientation, exit interviews, salary surveys and unemployment hearings Administer open enrollment and employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD/LTD, FMLA and vacation Serve as primary source of contact to managers, employees, and legal counsel on all human resource related matters Maintain and administer specific HR reports and records as required Maintain and update personnel files Process payroll Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Organize and communicate employee rewards and recognition programs Other tasks and/or projects assigned Job Requirements/Education/Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist/Manager BS degree in HR Administration/Business Management or related field Proficient in the application of HR laws and regulations ADP Vantage experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel) Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Knowledge of Safety/OSHA/Workers Compensation/ADA beneficial
