Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employmentlaw firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of HRTechnology and Analytics to join our team. This position is a keyleader on the Talent team as it pertains to technology, overseeingthe design, deployment, and management of the firm’s talentmanagement systems. Partners with the Talent Team, KM, Finance, andIT leadership to define and execute multi-year people technologystrategy and roadmap, including system implementations andupgrades.

The individual in this role is a leader as well ashands-on technical expert and will help build and execute atechnology roadmap that balances the strategic and operationalneeds of the Talent and Payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage all technical processes related to Talent Team programsincluding compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management,recruitment, and learning management. Provide guidance on payrolland HR processes, electronic personnel files, and the interface ofPaylocity with all Talent systems. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HR on annualassociate and staff performance review system setup andtroubleshooting for viEval, viRecruiting, CompAnalyst, and thefirm’s intranet. Ensure timely and accurate execution of annualstaff and attorney compensation changes and bonus payments. Liaise with IT, KM, and other business teams to ensurealignment of technology standards and roadmaps across functions andto effectively implement and manage Talent team systems.

Collaborate to develop and implement a business continuityplan. Lead the planning and deployment of Talent Team systemupgrades, including the scheduling of key activities andcommunicating of system downtime to appropriate parties. Oversee all aspects of people data and analytics including datagovernance, reporting, and dashboards related to technology withinthe Talent team. Analyze data and metrics that provide insights todrive strategic decisions and monitor key performance metrics. Responsible for all HR reporting, including Federal and stategovernment reporting. Responsible for client and industryreporting, overseeing the completion of larger industry and DEIsurveys. Establish or maintain partnerships with third party vendors forpayroll, benefits, performance evaluations and other systemsregarding data feeds, service levels, transactions, etc. to ensureeffective service delivery. Act in accordance with data security principles and enforcecompliance in key areas, including system security, documentretention, and Federal and state requirements. Conduct regularaudits of electronic personnel files to ensure security andintegrity. Manage compliance with the ACA, EEOC, and CCPA. Engage externally and internally to identify best practices,and develop solutions that drive departmental improvements, andincrease quality and efficiency. Research and providerecommendations to leadership on new technologies that could beutilized to improve service effectiveness and the partner/employeeexperience. Perform special projects and related duties asassigned.

Knowledge and Experience 10 years of human resources experience including 7+ years HRISexperience including security and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or relatedfield. Demonstrated proficiency in project management andimplementations. Ability to analyze data and metrics across different functionsof HR and from multiple systems.

The annual rate range for thisposition is $150,000 – $185,000. Actual base pay within this rangewill be determined by several components, including but not limitedto, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills,qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
