Director Responsibilities:

Recruit, Interview, and Select new hires that embody the core values of Chick-fil-A Turner Hill Road Onboarding and Scheduling for all Team Members New Team Member Orientation Team Member check-ins at: Two-week, 45-day, and 6-month touchpoint Office, Uniform, and Storage Inventory Management Be a friendly, encouraging team player Plan all Team Member Outings and other Events Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Support Operator to meet restaurant goals and ensure operational excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:

Work with an existing team of Directors Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Schedule using Hotschedules Platform Reward and Recognize Team Members through use of Awardco Platform Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Flexible schedule to include availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays Prior experience in Human Resourcing and Talent Development Preferred to be part of a dynamic team at Chick-fil-A, where your leadership skills will be nurtured, and your dedication to service will be valued.
