Human Resources Director Atlanta, GA The HR Director isresponsible for developing and executing human resource strategy insupport of the overall business plan and strategic direction of theorganization. This includes areas of succession planning, talentmanagement, change management, organizational and performancemanagement, training and development, and compensation. The HRDirector provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs andplans to the executive management team and the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies alignedwith the overall business strategy. Lead workforce planning,recruitment, and talent acquisition efforts. Oversee performancemanagement processes and employee development programs. Drivediversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Provide guidance andsupport on HR policy, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies. Ensurelegal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HRfederal and state requirements. Lead organizational development andchange management initiatives. Manage HR department budget andstaff. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and departmentalleaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven working experience (typically 8 years) in HR management or asenior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HRbest practices, and industry trends. Excellent leadership,interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to developstrategy and translate it into actionable goals. HR certification(e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
