Your Background A business-minded HR leader with 10+ years of progressive experience, including time as a sole HR Practitioner in high-growth or matrixed professional services environments Skilled at navigating ambiguity and complexity—bringing structure, clarity, and calm to evolving situations A relationship builder who leads with trust, empathy, and curiosity Energized by innovation and impact- not bureaucracy A systems thinker who sees connections across teams, processes, and business strategy Deep knowledge in talent strategy, organizational design, team development, and leadership coaching Sees HR not as a support function, but as a lever for growth and transformation Industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, and Technology is preferred Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and HR platforms e.g., UKG Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
