The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Develop Learning and Development engagement process with key business partners. Develop a measurement strategy to determine learning team program effectiveness. Drive day to day execution of the LWD business plan. Manage team of resources in supporting their execution plans and responsibilities.
