TLRY), is seeking an energetic, hands-on Director, Human Resources for our growing Craft beer and spirits business. The successful candidate will be a key member of our management team, collaborating closely with cross functional colleagues to continue to grow our $300M plus revenue Beverage Company at a rapid pace, organically and through M&A, and creating a long-term revenue growth plan targeting double digit growth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead on-site human resources operations for 9 beverage face-paced manufacturing facilities and 20 brew pub locations, that are located throughout the United States. This role is critical in driving workforce engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting operational excellence through strategic HR leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of union and non-union manufacturing environment, employee engagement, safety culture, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with production and operational goals. Lead four regional HRBPs.
Responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried employees. Provide direction in promotions, transfers, succession planning and talent management according to policies and principals. Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, OSHA regulations, and food safety standards. Oversee performance management, training, and development programs tailored to manufacturing roles. Conduct training needs analyses of the workforce and develops training programs to support job performance. Support workforce planning, shift scheduling, and labor cost optimization. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with safety and operations teams to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Maintain and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, productivity) to inform decision-making. Supervise and mentor HR staff at the plant level.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, OSHA, and food industry compliance standards. Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills with sound leadership, staff management, and teambuilding skills. Able to make sound business decisions and evidence-based recommendations to site management and demonstrated ability to have a positive impact on business results. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Workday is preferred.
