Job Description:

The Director of Human Resources for the QuickBox Atlanta facility is a key leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy and execution in support of site operations. This position partners closely with site leadership to build a high-performing workforce, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. The role will provide strategic direction and hands-on support across all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership :

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness at the Atlanta facility.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Build strong relationships with employees and managers. Address workplace issues proactively and ensure a consistent and fair application of policies and practices. Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

Oversee end-to-end recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership positions in partnership with key stakeholders. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while reducing turnover through targeted retention strategies.

Performance Management & Coaching:

Lead performance review processes, guide managers on development plans, and ensure employees receive timely, constructive feedback.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and lead investigations, audits, and documentation requirements.

Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives to support continuous learning and development of employees and leadership at the site.

HR Metrics & Reporting:

Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, staffing levels) and use data insights to inform decisions and drive improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR or

SHRM-CP/SCP

) preferred. 8+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 3 years in a leadership or site HR management role, preferably in a warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace investigations. Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a diverse hourly workforce.

Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and may be exposed to noise in the warehouse environment, moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions

Full-time Pay:

$115,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
