HR Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30318 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our HR functions, with a strong focus on recruiting & talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Administer our overseas recruiting program. Administer employee benefits programs, work comp claims, and payroll in compliance with relevant regulations. Work closely with our Safety & Training Director to manage cultural dynamics. Manage budgeting for HR initiatives and ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective HR sourcing strategies. Provide guidance on performance management processes and employee development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive work environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in an HR management role with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Professional-level English & Professional-level Spanish. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP, Workday, or UltiPro is preferred. Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and drive decision-making processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels. Experience in benefits administration and budgeting within an HR context. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
