Benefit Eligible The HR Manager will oversee and be responsible for the end-to-end HR department at Zywie Inc. The goal is for you to be a strategic HR Professional that will showcase your experience in navigating complex employee relations, performance matters, and organizational strategy. You will act as a neutral yet vital link between employees and leadership to ensure treatment that is fair and consistent in the work environment. You will consult with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement dynamic programs and policies that enhance the retention of talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with leadership to build and oversee the recruitment of their departments Manage full recruitment and promotion process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Evaluate all staffing needs every fiscal year while reviewing compensation and benefit programs Partner with department leaders to understand and build visions that align to the overall organization’s business strategy Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives Address and resolve employee relation issues (fairly and consistently) in a timely and effective manner based on Zywie policy and expectation Develop and lead performance reviews on a routine basis that recaps performance while providing development opportunities that drive high performance Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on direct report management and development Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on direct report management and development Identify, develop, and update policies and procedures to ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on direct report management and development Identify, develop, and update policies and procedures to ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Train leaders to communicate and assess performance; understand how to measure performance and provide proper developmental feedback to promote growth internal or externally Directly manage and participate in coaching related to discipline and termination recommendations, training, performance evaluations, attendance & time off, and other necessary action items Approve all Zywie communication in relation to HR Develop all HR strategies aligned with Zywie goals Participate in organization strategic planning meetings that contribute to Zywie mission and vision Prepare and manage the HR department budget Participate in organizational planning and budgeting meeting Acts as a change agent in managing organizational changes Must be able to meet essential job functions with, or without accommodations

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years working as single operator ADP Workforce Now is required for managing HR functions and employee Benefits SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
certification is a plus but not required.
